terms.
These general terms explain how website information and retouching enquiries are handled. A confirmed project estimate or agreement may include additional terms.
Estimates and project confirmation
Website descriptions are general information, not a binding offer. Scope, image count, complexity, usage requirements, review rounds, schedule and price are confirmed before production begins. A project starts only after both parties accept the agreed scope.
Turnaround
Twenty-four-hour delivery applies to many standard projects after the complete brief and usable source files are confirmed. Complex work, large batches or changing requirements receive a project-specific schedule.
Complimentary testing
A complimentary test may be offered after the submitted brief and material have been reviewed. Availability, test scope and delivery timing are confirmed individually and do not create an obligation to accept a later project.
Client materials and rights
You confirm that you have permission to supply the images, trademarks, references and other materials required for the work. Ownership and permitted use of final deliverables are governed by the accepted project agreement and payment terms.
Feedback and changes
Feedback should be consolidated and provided within the agreed review process. Requests outside the approved brief, additional images or major direction changes may affect the price and delivery schedule.
Website content
Portfolio images, written content and the Midori Studio identity may not be copied, redistributed or represented as another party's work without permission. External services linked from this website operate under their own terms.
