Midori Studio respects the confidentiality of your contact information, creative materials and project details.
Information you choose to provide
When you contact Midori Studio, you may provide your name, email address, company or studio name, project brief, references, source images and delivery requirements. Please only send materials that you are authorised to share.
How information is used
Information is used to evaluate enquiries, prepare estimates, carry out agreed retouching work, communicate about production and deliver final files. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Website enquiries
The enquiry form opens your own email application. The static website does not store the form contents in a website database. Messages are processed by the email providers used by you and Midori Studio.
Project files and confidentiality
Source and finished files are accessed only as required for the project. Portfolio publication or public use is not assumed; permission will be requested when a project may be shown publicly. Confidentiality requirements can be confirmed before files are transferred.
Service providers and retention
Hosting, email and file-transfer providers may process limited technical or project data when their services are used. Information is retained only for legitimate production, accounting, legal and client-service purposes, then removed when it is no longer reasonably required.
Your choices
