Align scope before production
The brief should define image groups, complexity, usage, output formats and decision-makers. Separate hero composites from supporting assets so schedules and review expectations are realistic.
A reference frame is then developed for each visual group. This establishes cleanup, colour, contrast, edge treatment and the acceptable level of realism before the full set moves forward.

Consolidate feedback
Conflicting comments from multiple stakeholders are a major source of production delay. Agencies benefit from one consolidated feedback document with clear priorities and version numbers.
Comments should distinguish creative changes from corrections. A change in campaign direction can affect every asset, while a correction may apply to one edge or product detail.
Deliver assets that remain usable
Final masters should be organised independently from resized exports. Layered files, clipping paths, transparency and colour profiles must follow the agreed production requirements.
A simple delivery index helps future teams understand what was approved, which file is the master and how channel-specific versions were derived.
